All medical services, including clinical evaluations, diagnoses, and the prescription of medications, are provided by the licensed physicians and nurse practitioners of our affiliated, physician-owned medical practice in the State of Texas. Together they form the 1836 Wellness care team. 1836 Wellness LLC provides administrative, operational, and concierge services and does not practice medicine.
1836 Wellness facilitates: Precision Diagnostic ($599) — Comprehensive 125-marker executive panel covering 12 health domains + 45-minute NP consultation + 7-Domain Composite biological age calculation + mobile phlebotomy; Treatment Programs ($3,500–$7,500) — physician-supervised metabolic optimization protocols including the Executive Reset, Metabolic Plus, and Total Optimization programs; and Maintenance Programs ($499–$999/month) — ongoing monitoring, quarterly blood panels, and protocol adjustments.
