At the entry tier we test 100 markers, 81 blood markers plus 19 urinalysis markers, covering health areas. Your results are distilled into 7 composite domain scores that produce your 1836 Functional Bio Age: a single biological age number. Urinalysis stays at 19 markers on every tier; higher care tiers add blood markers, reaching the full 125-Marker Executive Panel.

Routine preventive care and laboratory testing vary with your age, history and clinical needs. Our clinician-ordered Precision Diagnostic starts with 100 biomarkers and a dedicated results consultation. Confirm the exact tests in your ordered tier with your clinician. Your clinician decides which findings are relevant; additional tests are not automatically better and do not replace routine primary care or recommended screening.

The Precision Diagnostic includes the 100-biomarker entry panel, a personalized report, and a 60-minute results interpretation appointment with Stacy Pleasant, FNP-C. The report includes practice-defined domain scores and a biological-age estimate; these do not diagnose disease or predict lifespan. Mobile collection depends on ZIP-code coverage and scheduling availability. Confirm your ordered panel and collection arrangements before booking. The optional free 30-minute founder Fit Call is a separate, non-clinical conversation.

Results are typically available within 5–7 business days after collection, although timing can vary. Our team coordinates your scheduled 60-minute video results appointment with Stacy Pleasant, FNP-C. Contact the team if you need an update; do not wait for a wellness appointment if symptoms need urgent care.

Biological age is an estimate rather than your calendar age. The 1836 Functional Bio Age is a proprietary summary derived from seven domain scores in our reporting framework. We do not present it as an independently validated diagnostic test or predictor of lifespan. A lower calculated value does not prove that aging has been reversed or that treatment has improved long-term outcomes.

Our framework organizes findings from the 100-marker entry set across health areas into seven composite scores, each from 0 to 100. Their weighted composite is compared with a 75-point midpoint; each point shifts the estimate by half a year relative to chronological age, capped at 15 years in either direction. These are practice-defined score bands, not universal diagnostic thresholds.

Different methods use different inputs and assumptions, so their estimates are not interchangeable. Our framework displays its underlying domain scores. A consistent input set can support follow-up discussion, but changes still need clinical interpretation and may reflect collection conditions or other factors. The score alone does not determine treatment.

The charter membership deposit is $599 while Founding 50 spots remain and $699 afterward. Care begins with a clinician-ordered Precision Diagnostic. If you and your clinician proceed with Executive Reset, it is $4,000 all-in for 12 weeks. Your diagnostic payment is credited in full: $599 paid leaves $3,401, and $699 paid leaves $3,301. Your care team confirms your actual credit and remaining balance before enrollment.

Executive Reset is our 12-week physician-supervised treatment program. It is $4,000 all-in, with your diagnostic payment credited in full. It includes exactly two NP telehealth visits at the start and end, two home or office blood draws for baseline and end-of-program testing, and a personalized care plan.

Maintenance is available only after initial treatment when your clinician determines you are ready based on your health and progress. Essential is $499/month and Performance is $749/month. Not at this time. 1836 Wellness is a concierge service. Patients may submit their blood work receipts to insurance or HSA/FSA for possible partial reimbursement; we provide documentation, but reimbursement is not guaranteed.

The diagnostic fee is non-refundable once your blood draw has been completed, as lab processing begins immediately. If you reserve and need to reschedule before the draw, we're happy to accommodate. Our protocols are designed for professionals and high performers ages 18–64 who want deeper insight into their metabolic health than a standard physical provides. All adults within our age range are welcome. You must be a current Texas resident.

Medical services are regulated at the state level. The physicians and nurse practitioners of our affiliated, physician-owned medical practice are licensed in Texas, and 1836 Wellness's MSO structure operates under Texas Corporate Practice of Medicine guidelines. We plan to expand to additional states in the future.

1836 Wellness offers medical weight-management consultations as well as hormone care and diagnostic programs. Weight management can include nutrition, physical activity, behavioral support and medication when clinically appropriate. Your clinician determines whether treatment fits your situation. A prescription, weight change or other result is not guaranteed.

Clinical services are provided by licensed clinicians of Franklin Street Medical PLLC, including Stacy Pleasant, FNP-C. 1836 Wellness LLC provides non-clinical administrative and concierge support. Your licensed clinician makes clinical decisions and explains treatment recommendations, formulations, risks and alternatives.

Treatment is individualized after a clinical evaluation. Base medications and supplements are included in Executive Reset only when clinically indicated. Your clinician explains any recommended medication or formulation, its risks, alternatives and monitoring. Products and prescriptions are not guaranteed.

Yes. The Precision Diagnostic is clinician-ordered as the first step of your care, not a standalone lab purchase. Patients enroll with the practice, and your provider orders the diagnostic, interprets it with you, and builds your plan from what it reveals. It is the starting point of an ongoing clinical relationship, not a one-off test.
