What happens after your deposit
Today: Your deposit receipt arrives from 1836 Wellness. Answer three quick questions and we set up your patient record for you, then register with the clinic for Alterra, your lifestyle and coaching program. Open the private checklist from your receipt for the clinic form, platform access and coaching-call steps. Then, in the portal, upload a photo of your driver's license under My Account Details and complete your intake and consent forms. Your driver's license is required before your first visit (Texas telehealth identity verification).
Within 1 business day: Stacy Pleasant, FNP-C, emails you to schedule your blood draw: a mobile phlebotomist at your home or office.
Within 14 business days of your draw: Your 60-minute Interpretation Session, after your clinical team has reviewed every marker.
At your Interpretation Session: A full review of your results, your protocol roadmap, and the option to enroll in Executive Reset for $4,000 all-in for 12 weeks. Your diagnostic payment is credited in full toward the program total.
