Refund Policy

A reservation deposit is a payment toward your future care with the affiliated medical practice. No clinical service or prescription is provided until your clinician orders your diagnostic. The deposit is applied to the Precision Diagnostic once it is ordered and follows the same terms:

• Cancel before your blood draw is completed for a full refund of the deposit minus a $50 administrative fee
• If the clinician determines after evaluation that the diagnostic is not appropriate for you, the deposit is refunded in full
• Once your blood draw is completed, the deposit has been applied to the diagnostic and is non-refundable

Deposits are charged in US dollars to the card you provide and refunds return to that card. Disputing a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first delays the refund; email concierge@1836wellness.com and we resolve it directly.

Refund terms for Executive Reset are outlined in the treatment enrollment agreement provided during your results consultation. Executive Reset is $4,000 all-in for 12 weeks, with your diagnostic payment credited in full toward that total.

• Unused portions of the treatment program may be credited toward future services
• Once medication has been dispensed or compounded, that portion is non-refundable

Your care team will review all terms with you before enrollment. You will never be surprised by a charge.

Maintenance is available only after initial treatment when your clinician determines you are ready based on your health and progress.
