How do I weigh HRT against other options?

Ask which symptom a proposed treatment would address, what risks apply to your history and what a nonhormonal approach could involve. Use the hormone and nonhormonal treatment overview to prepare your questions. Keep your existing primary care and gynecologic appointments; a video visit does not replace an examination when one is needed.

What will we review after a plan begins?

Expect a conversation about symptoms, tolerability and whether the plan still fits your goals. Agree with your clinician on the next review, any repeat testing and how to raise a concern between visits. Review follow-up and reassessment before enrolling. If you split your week between central Houston and the suburbs, plan the video visit separately from any confirmed collection appointment.

What happens before your video visit?

Start with the Focused Assessment: clinician-ordered lab testing, an at-home blood draw and a dedicated results review. Learn how we read your labs. Your clinician orders testing as part of care. Labcorp is our primary laboratory. Bring your medical history, current medicines and previous lab reports; the team will explain preparation and collection steps.

Understand the cost before enrolling

The Focused Assessment is $599 with an at-home blood draw included; founders pay $499 while founder spots remain. If you and your clinician proceed with Metabolic Reset, it is $4,000 for 12 weeks. The amount you actually paid for your assessment ($499 founders, $599 standard, or $995 Comprehensive) is credited once toward Metabolic Reset or Total Optimization if you enroll within 60 days of your results review. The $299 Current-Care Records Review is not credited. Review the refund terms before paying.
