How the Founding 50 charter rate works
Your charter rate is locked for as long as you stay continuously enrolled. The lock applies to your maintenance rate at joining. A cancellation or gap ends the maintenance rate lock.

What does Executive Reset include?
Executive Reset is $4,000 all-in for 12 weeks. Do I need to visit a clinic?
Your blood draws take place at your home or office, and your clinical visits are by telehealth. 1836 Wellness currently serves Texas residents.

If you enroll in Executive Reset, the amount you paid for your diagnostic is credited in full toward the $4,000 all-in total. Your care team will confirm the remaining balance before enrollment.
